In the past, whenever I tell truths about how our tax
dollars are being spent or discuss the problem of nepotism;
how it is legally circumvented by "planned and coordinated"
which is a form of "Organized Crime" hirings of nepotists
between crony's within the school district(s). The law
just implies that immediate relatives cannot be directly
hired by principals to work in the same school.So all the
principals on L.I. are in "collusion"
( secret agreement or cooperation especially for an illegal
or deceitful purpose), to hire each others recommendations
(son, daughter, political patronage, secretaries
son,daughter) in return for the same. Ensuring positions
for people with connections.
This is even more of an atrocity because Public school
districts are a "tax funded" entity and not a small family
owned and operated business. Yet, the powers that be on
L.I. run the public schools like a small family owned
business. You would think that teaching jobs are by earned
by merit, achievement, scores on those expensive state
tests, those expensive college degrees you worked and
studied all those years for,paying student loans,
dedication,responsible and reliable, and hard work. YOU
WOULD THINK!!!!!!

But, the twisted truth is, "its not what you know, merit,
or achieve, its who you know" In the school districts on
L.I.
Newsday is just scraping the surface.

Because it is right to the point. If you look up the
definition at FBI.Gov.com, It is the same as Wikianswers
only they are very precise in listing the types of fraud
and theft. Such as supplying illegal drugs to small time
dealers., most notably heroine and cocaine. Other countries
are involved growing, cultivating, Millions of dollars are
at work. But what special thing has to be proven in court,
so mobsters can be put away a long, long, time. Something
special about these types of alledged crimes make them
fall under the RICO act,Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt
Organizations Act of 1970 (RICO)
What is this special thing that must be proven??? We know
the criminal is selling heroine and cocaine in large
quanties, smuggled through country borders, and distributed
on the streets to the small time drug dealers, with the
intent to sell and make millions of dollars. We know this!
But in order to put this criminal away for a long, long,
time, The crime must fall under the RICO act.
The special thing is COLLUSION. Many people conspiring and
planning, usually there are judicial connections, police
connections, a link in the crime prevention process that
involves payoffs for favors, enabling the criminal to take
this crime into a multi million dollar, border crossing
enterprise. The district attorney has to prove the
conspiracy, all the people involved , etc.. to fall under
RICO.

Well the public schools on L.I. are not involved with
drugs, but they are in collusion, to make the hiring
process a farce, and the jobs are given on a you hire mine
and Ill hire yours basis. I would say 75 percent of public
school jobs are controlled in this way. Conspiring to
control a taxfunded entity like a small family business.
The Rico act needs to include all conspiracies and
collusions that are illegal and meant to rip off the public
and the taxpayers.

This is being fought for right now. Frank Tassone and
Pamela Glucken almost made the RICO ACT, but the law is
very specific. Drugs and prostitution are the main target
of the law, so Tassone and Gluckin did not fall under. As
we speak, the RICO act is being worked on and going to have
ammendments added to include the Frank Tassone,Gluckin
Crimes against the Taxpayer and in the very near future
these crimes will fall under the RICO act.
